With the twins being sick, then Heidi being really sick my sleep pattern was very disturbed. I was having major trouble falling asleep and was then super sluggish in am. But last evening I started to feel tired early and then when I went to bed I had the best natural sleep in about 3 weeks. Yeah

That's great, Susan! Don't you feel so much better after you sleep good like that? I'm not the best sleeper either, but after awhile, I guess I just kind of crash and I feel so much better after a good night's sleep.

Heidi is much better. I kept her home from daycare til this past tues. It is daycare in a private home. But I did not want her to catch something else when she was so run down.

But Max has a sore ear and I think it is draining. Sigh off to the doc's again today.
